As a carer I took my elderly father in law - John, to see Mr Edwards at the Conquest Hospital in Hastings. John was rather nervous both because he hates hospitals generally and specifically because he was worried about the outcome of his visit. Mr Edwards was brilliant from beginning to end. He put my father in law completely at ease, listened carefully to his account of his condition (even though it was somewhat rambling) and treated him throughout with the greatest respect and professionalism. When examining John Mr Edwards could not have been more gentle or reassuring. In the end the prognosis was good and my father in law could not have been happier with his visit but specifically with Mr Mark Edwards.

I had a vein problem behind my knee, due to Covid the op was postponed a few times and a year later I have had the op. Great service in and out of the hospital in a day, great aftercare. Over the new year Mr Mark Edwards performed bilateral iliac artery stenting with a right common femoral endarterectomy on my right leg at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. I have been under his care for a couple of years and during this time have found Mr Edwards to be not only extremely professional and caring , but he explained everything very clearly and I felt he listened to me and answered my questions honestly without my feeling rushed or being just another patient. He and his whole team truly changed my life. I cant thank them enough.

Mr Edwards has done more for me under his care than any GP, specialist or consultant previously and my condition is not necessarily his expertise. He listens and continues to try his best to get me the very best outcome for my condition. Very grateful to Mr Edwards

I had an examination and discussion with Dr Edwards, on Tuesday 20th at Eastbourne District Hospital. He was very polite and professional, not only did he explain everything very plainly he also went out of his way to reassure me that things should be ok. The Nurse in attendance was very reassuring as well.
